In my individual therapy practice, I provide a nurturing and empowering space where women can explore, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Clients come to me for many reasons—often because they’re navigating the impact of traumatic events, life transitions (like becoming a mother or “empty nester”), accumulated stress, or anxiety. Others feel disconnected, caught in unfulfilling patterns, on autopilot, paralyzed by perfectionism, or burned out from constantly giving to others. Some are experiencing a deeper existential or spiritual crisis, somatic symptoms like chronic pain, or a loss of fulfillment. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to support you in finding clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
An Integrative Approach to Therapy
As a trauma and relationship specialist, I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities to support lasting change. My approach combines both “bottom-up” methods, like Somatic Experiencing, which address the body’s responses to stress, and “top-down” approaches, such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which help reshape patterns of thought and behavior.
Together, we’ll work to deepen your connection with your body and foster a sense of grounding and safety. Our sessions will provide insights into how past experiences shape your present, allowing you to approach life and relationships with new clarity. We’ll explore relational patterns to cultivate a secure, compassionate connection within yourself, empowering you to engage authentically with others. Start by filling out the contact form to book a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation. I will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours and set up a consultation. This is a time for us to connect, discuss your goals, and address any questions you may have.

Once we determine working together is a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. In this session, we’ll dive deeper into understanding what brings you here and identify the areas you’d like to focus on.

To start, we’ll meet on a weekly basis, whether virtually or in-person. These sessions will allow us to understand your experiences and challenges in a meaningful way. As we move forward, session frequency can be adjusted to suit your evolving needs, whether that’s staying weekly or shifting to a bi-weekly rhythm.
